Deliveries and returns
We believe you will be delighted with your purchases however there may be occasion where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.
You can return your order for online sales in its original unopened condition to:

The item must be returned within 30 days of the date on which you receive it. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery.
If you return a product in its original condition we will refund you any money you have paid us for that product. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods. If you return an item to us which is faulty, you did not order, or any other reason which is our error, we will also pay you the cost of the return postage. In store purchases can can be returned within 30 days of purchase (Christmas returns may be extended at our discretion) however only an exchange or credit note will be offered.
Earrings CANNOT be returned unless faulty due to hygiene reasons.
We endeavour to dispatch orders within one working day of receiving the order, subject to stock availability. You will receive an email at the address you have specified when your order has been dispatched. However, during seasonal peak demand there may be a slight delay in the dispatch of your order. If for any reason there is a delay with the expected delivery time, we will contact you and explain the situation.
All orders excluding our pre-owned watches come with free UK delivery, usually using Royal Mail.
Your delivery date will be provided on your confirmation email. We will let you know when your order has been dispatched and will send you a tracking number so that you can check when your item has been delivered to store.
