Will my bracelet or anklet set off alarms?

Both gold and silver are magnetic materials, which means all of our permanent bracelets or anklets won’t set off alarms when going through airport security.

Where do you offer permanent jewellery?

We currently only offer permanent jewellery at our Metrocentre store.

Is there an age restriction?

Although we don’t have a minimum age for permanent jewellery, if you’re under 16, you must be accompanied by an adult.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Although we do accept walk-ins, making a booking is always advised to avoid disappointment and to ensure we have a trained staff member present.

How do I make an appointment?

Do you offer permanent anklets?

Yes, we also offer permanent anklets. Please choose the option for a permanent anklet when you make an appointment.

Can I add charms to a permanent bracelet or anklet?

Yes, we have a wide range of charms available. Please give us a call if you have any questions about the availability of specific charms.

How do I care for my permanent bracelet or anklet?

Although specific care requirements vary depending on the chosen finish, you should avoid contact with perfume and strong chemicals wherever possible.

Can they be removed?

If you wish to remove your permanent bracelet or anklet, it can be carefully removed using sharp scissors.

Do you offer returns?

Since this is a custom, made-to-measure piece, we do not offer refunds on this product. If you have any questions or queries, feel free to give us a call.

Are there restrictions on who can get one?

Yes, anyone with a pacemaker fitted should not get permanent jewellery.

Our machines are operated by expert jewellers who have been thoroughly trained to ensure a comfortable experience.
