Prospex ‘Rock Face’ Limited Edition ‘Alpinist’ Gents Watch

Just 3,000 of this Limited Edition piece have been created, only available in Europe.

Its design is inspired by the rugged harshness of the mountain’s rock face. The textured dial reveals a different expression as the angle of vision changes, whilst the blue tones of the hands and indices extend the alpine theme.

The watch shape takes its cues from the original Seiko ‘Alpinist,’ first launched in 1959 for Japanese ‘Yama-otoko’ mountain men, to be reliable in treacherous terrain.

The limited edition ,within the Prospex Land collection, is designed for practicality. It’s powered by the Seiko in-house Automatic 6R movement with highly visible lumibrite on the dial and hands – easy to see in any light – with a power reserve of 70 hours and Sapphire crystal with magnified glass.

Prospex is a combination of the words ‘Professional’ and ‘Specifications.’
